Today I want to dive into anxiety; I want to wrap it all around me, as it has no bearing in my life. By the end of this I hope you will feel the same way.
Now I know the word all too well and in all its forms: anxiety, stress, fear, humiliation etc. I lived the word, at work, school, and at home. In the midst of it all we all have our different ways of dealing with the word. Raise your hand, if you yelled at someone while under pressure or stress, or if you became such an introvert that you blocked the entire world out. Can I just say my hand is raised very high. I have been there more than once, more times than I can count on my fingers and toes combined.
What I would like to do is give you some insight on dealing with anxiety and stress related issues.
