The Upside of your Ego:
Well some might not know this, or some might but your EGO is that part of you that makes you worry, fills you up with fear and doubt. Now, there are three things you can do 1. ignore those emotions bury them deep within and never talk about it. 2. Fight them, constantly trying to battle each individual emotion 3. Or accept that those feelings are there, AND possibly there to teach you something, that you either did not know or forgot.
Be open to your EGO, it is the hidden whispers from the universe. Be gentle with those emotions they are there for a reason, actively listen to them.
